Website & Connect Terms of Use (v2.0 - 2026)

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Website & Connect Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.inpart.io and any other related domains operated by the Inpart group (together, the “Site”).

These Terms apply to anyone browsing the Site or registering for free or trial access to Connect. They do not apply to, and are superseded by, any separate agreement you or your organization enters into for paid subscription Services (including any Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Quote, or Data Processing Agreement). See Section 13 below.

By using the Site or registering for Connect, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site or register for Connect. We may update these Terms from time to time; please check this page periodically.

2. Who We Are

The Site and Connect are operated by one or more of the following Inpart group entities, depending on your location and the services you use (each, “we”, “us”, “Inpart”):

3. Eligibility

The Site and Connect are intended for individuals affiliated with industry, academic technology transfer, or the broader life sciences partnering community. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before registering.

4. Using the Site

• You may print individual pages for personal, non-systematic use, provided trademark and copyright notices are not removed.
• You may share a link to a specific project or technology with a colleague using the share function; your colleague must register and accept these Terms before viewing gated content.
• You must not misuse our contact or feedback functions, including by sending malicious, abusive, or unsolicited content.

We own all content made available on the Site, except for content you submit yourself (see Section 7).

5. Registering for Connect

Connect is our online platform for industry and academic users. The following additional rules apply to Connect registration and accounts:

• One registration per person. You must keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
• You must register using a business or institutional email address. Personal webmail addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) will not be accepted.
• You must keep your password confidential and must not allow any other person to use your account or impersonate another person.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not authorized by you. Notify us immediately at contact@inpart.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Where your username and password also grant access to other Inpart-operated sites or portals, these Terms apply to that access too, unless separate terms are stated for that site.

6. Suspending or Terminating Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your registration or access to the Site or Connect at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, your professional affiliation changes such that continued access is no longer appropriate, or you repeatedly infringe the rights of a third party. Where we suspend or terminate your access, you must not attempt to re-register (including by using someone else’s credentials) without our permission.

7. Feedback You Submit

Where you submit comments, ratings, or other feedback on a published technology or opportunity (“Feedback”), the following applies:

• Feedback is passed on, unedited, only to the relevant institution or rights-holder associated with that specific technology or opportunity; we do not edit, adjust, or otherwise manipulate it.
• Feedback cannot be recalled or edited once submitted.
• We will not disclose your identifying contact details to the recipient unless you choose to share them, save that we may disclose general sector information about you.
• We may use an anonymized version of your Feedback for promotional purposes only with your prior express permission

You must not submit Feedback or any other content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful, or that attempts to circumvent the security or normal operation of the Site.

8. Linking to the Site

You may link to the Site from your own website provided the link does not suggest endorsement or affiliation that does not exist, is not detrimental to our reputation, and does not frame or mirror the Site so that our ownership of it is unclear. Other than this, linking to the Site is not permitted without our consent. We are not responsible for third-party sites accessed via links on the Site.

10. Disclaimers

Content on the Site is provided for your own assessment purposes only and does not constitute advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Site or its content, save that nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not liable for: (a) actions you take in reliance on Site content; (b) dealings you have with other users or third parties facilitated by the Site; or (c) unavailability of the Site or any feature due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. AI usage

Inpart is an AI-forward company. Alongside embedding AI into our products, we use generative AI to enhance our internal content creation and research processes. AI may assist with ideation, drafting, and summarization, but all published content is reviewed, edited, and designed by Inpart's subject matter experts. Any data, analysis, or insights we publish are sourced from trusted references, and any AI-assisted processing is subject to human verification before publication to ensure accuracy.

12. Site Maintenance and Availability

We carry out routine and emergency maintenance from time to time and will try to schedule this during periods of lower expected usage, but we do not guarantee the Site or Connect will be available at all times or free of faults. For more information, please reach out to contact@inpart.io.

13. Intellectual Property

Except for content you submit yourself, all intellectual property in the Site, Connect, and their content belongs to us or our licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to access and use the Site and Connect in accordance with these Terms.

14. Relationship to Paid Services

These Terms govern only your use of the public Site and registration for Connect. If your organization purchases paid subscription Services, professional services, or any other commercial offering from Inpart, that engagement is governed exclusively by the applicable signed Master Services Agreement, Order Form/Quote, and Data Processing Agreement between your organization and the relevant Inpart contracting entity, and not by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement, the commercial agreement prevails as to matters within its scope.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Connect after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and the courts of Lyon, France have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, save that we may enforce a judgment of those courts in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
